Mr. Cummings is well known poet. What you probably didn't know was that most of his poems were steamy love poems filled with explicit things that should be rated R.
He also smoked a lot.
I love poetry. No matter how confusing it may be, I will always love to decipher the meaning.

Interesting, my poet what Theodore Roethke he he wrote poems that seem depressing and they reflect on his child hood. Which after reading a few was not a good one.
ReplyDeleteE.E. Cummings WAS a real creeper. I had trouble just finding three of his poems that were not about love. One of his other commonly-used themes was nature, thank goodness, so I just chose poems that dealt with that instead.
